Ordered 2 carne asada burritos. With beans and rice. Both burritos were room temperature. Meat was cold and dry. 2 teaspoons of meat and 2 cups of rice and beans with No flavor. Had to add lots of salt. Worst burrito ive ever had. Never again.
This Albertos used to be really good. Now, their meat seems to be either under-cooked or burnt. The cooks do not wear any type of hair nets and both myself and my husband got sick from the chicken they served us. Tasted very old like it was sitting there for days. Won't go back there again.
I went thru the drive thru at 1235am on July 24, 2017. I spent 10 mins at the ordering menu with no one taking my order, went to the window, still no one, i honked my horn and yelled hello but still no one. Terrible service
Normally I just love this place, but yesterday I did a food run and everybody loved their food, but me. I ordered the tostada/enchilada combo and the tostada was good, but when I got down to the enchilada, it was not cutting. I used a knife to cut the corn tortilla, but that was not working. I finally flipped that enchilada over and realized they gave me an old deep fried corn tortilla that was not chewable or digestable. I'm bummed out because that combo plate cost $7.75, but the 1/4 cup of rice & beans was nice. Also, I noticed that the cheese they stuffed in the corn tortilla was not even melted. What the hell?
