Like the ability to find just about anything I need for bird, fish and caged pets. They can special order any puppy or cat. Beautiful Ring neck parrot and sometimes they sell quality, used cages and aquariums. I used them to set up a fresh water tank for an anniversary gift. Very nice job and reasonable. Friendly and helpful staff.
I called asking if they had a product, which they said they did. When I got there not only did they not have the product, but when I told them I had called asking, she said that she didn't understand what I said. The gentleman who ran the business was very nice, however just had a misinformed staff.
