great cinema with a huge parking lot. the prices on snacks aren't the best but the seats and viewing areas are very big and comfortable. just make sure you come early and pick a good spot especially on the weekends
Good theater. Seats NOT too comfortable as in the nearest AMC in Glendora. Lots of parking available. I like this place - so its a thumbs up.
So we went to watch a FAMILY MOVIE. Yes the one you can take ur kids with u and enjoy the moment. but it wasnt a good moment at all. after we expend over 120 dlrs btwn tickets and food we went to seat and wait for a movie that has supposted to start at 7:40 pm but it did start past 8 pm. ok we were just ready to watched not much people were inside so it was great for us since being a big family we got the chance to seat all togheter. about 20min had pass and they come to ask us to take our kids out of the Family movie or we all have to go out. reason: a lady asked them to quiet our kids cause laught was to "noise for her" really? she was like over 35 yrs old with no kids watching a family movie and they ask us with kids leave. i really dont understand, and over all that they didnt give us money back at the time cause they were unable to do it by themselves. they asked me to come back to talk to general manager about. also d manager on duty tell us that he wouldnt apologize to us about the problem cause it was our fault our kids were laughing at and for the Family Movie we were supposed to watched.
A good size theatre, very friendly staff. It's a great location to escape the heat of Los Angeles, when it's 90F+ outside. Enjoy a nice movie and cool down. Clean facility and bathroom.
Customer service is 100x better. The food, not so,much. They recently changed their menu and it does not taste good. I hope they go back to their old menu. I am glad they have better customer service ☺.
